We currently accept EMT (Electronic Money Transfer or Interac E-Transfer) as our only form of payment. We choose EMT as this is a safer method of currency transfer. EMT's can be processed easily online through most Canadian banking institutions & credit unions. Instructions for the EMT will be provided on the invoice that is sent upon completion of your order. We will only ship orders once your EMT has been processed and approved by ScienceLab Canada.
Once payment has been processed our shipping team will have your order ready to send out within 1-2 business days with tracking confirmation.

Shipping & Handling
If your package has not shown up to the address provided for delivery after 2-3 days, please contact us. We will follow up with Canada Post to trace the location of your package.
If you’re using Canada Post to track the package, this is likely human error. This can occur because the postal worker may handle the postal code incorrectly. If they are off my one letter or digit, then the package will go to another city. This results in a rerouting delay of 1-2 days before the package is sent to the right destination.
Sometimes, there is a small delay between when the package is received at the post office and when it is entered into their system. If the package hasn't been scanned into the post office's system yet, the tracking number may not work. Please wait until the business day is over and try the code again. If the code is still not working properly, please contact us.
